I’ve got a coupon code – how do I use it?

Lucky you! Only kidding, we love rewarding our loyal customers with special offers and exclusive coupon codes. Simply enter the coupon code in our checkout just before you enter your payment details – the code will automatically be applied and hey presto, the item price of the products you are ordering will be reduced. Please be aware that coupon codes aren’t applied to shipping costs.

Can I change or cancel an order once it’s been placed?

Many of our products are always in stock here at our 120,000ft2 warehouse, which means that we’re able to dispatch most orders the very same day so that you receive them as quickly as possible. Therefore, any cancellations you wish to make must be made within 30 minutes of ordering – please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your order, our Customer Service team will be happy to help.

How can I be sure that my order has been placed?

Once you’ve completed our checkout process, you will automatically be sent an email order confirmation containing all the key details about your purchase, including your unique order number that you should keep handy just in case you need to get in touch with us about anything. Please note that you won’t get any tracking information about your order in this email – you’ll receive a separate message once your items have been dispatched from our warehouse.

The address I want my order shipped to is different to my billing address – does this matter?

Not at all. So if, for example, you’d prefer your order to be shipped to a work address rather than your home, just enter those relevant details during the checkout process.

I would like to pay via an invoice or a purchase order- is this possible?

Thats no problem! We generally find that some colleges and teams prefer to pay via these methods. To pay via an invoice a simple email to [email protected] stating the list of products you wish to purchase, your billing and delivery details is all that we require. We are happy to send you across an invoice which can be paid via bank transfer. Alternatively, a purchase order can be sent through to us on letter headed paper for payment. Will my item have a warranty?

The majority of the products on our website hold a 1 year warranty, covering manufacturing defects. In the event of an item developing a fault or is found to be faulty upon delivery, please contact our Customer Care team with images of the fault, detailing the issue in full so that we can get a resolution for you as quickly as possible.
