Boasting a 370L capacity, this ice bath is designed for full body immersion & is suitable for all body shapes & sizes thanks to the robust & secure 6-pole structure (which can be assembled in just minutes). Innovatively designed, the ACESO Ice Bath features a triple-layered construction which provides an ultra-efficient thermal performance (increased even further by the included insulating lid). Before using your recovery pod, simply fill with water & ice (not included) until your desired volume & if you wish to drain the bath, you can do so via the user-friendly integrated drain plug. As well as an ice bath, you'll also receive a thermal insulating lid, all weather cover, comfort cushion, pump, repair kit & carry bag - allowing you to take your ice bath anywhere you like.
HOW LONG SHOULD I STAY IN COLD WATER FOR?
Cold water therapy works best when water temperature is matched by time spent, so for reference, see some examples below:
- 1°C - 1 minute submersion
- 3°C - 3 minute submersion
- 5°C - 5 minute submersion
- 10°C - 10 minute submersion
HOW TO ASSEMBLE:
- Insert the 6 support poles into the external layer
- Inflate the outer ring
- Fill your bath with water & ice
